My Approach

I’m an empathetic listener and storyteller.

My aim is to make people’s lives better through design - whether it involves incremental or radical innovation of existing or nonexisting products or services. Generally, my process involves:

• Understanding user needs intimately through interviews, ethnography and surveys,

• Understanding the context through desktop research, synthesis and sensemaking,

• Conceptualising potential pathways with ideation, rapid prototyping, testing, and analysis, and finally,

• Streamlining and polishing a final design outcome with the use of multiple design tools and softwares.
